Removal of AVD

I need help. Someone installed an AVD onto my phone and they keep deleting my storage and changing my passwords. Also turned off my networks so I missed very important calls. Could someone help me to remove this and let me know how to stop this going forward. Thank you for your time.

What do you mean with AVD?

It means a number of things (Android virtual device, Azure virtual desktop, automatic voice detection, dutch motorcycle exam)

Wipe the device and ensure your device isn't rooted (so potential malware already on the device even after factory reset possible otherwise).

Then set it up again and remember to never hand out your device to someone who you don't trust or dont place it unlocked anywhere.
