Zero Touch - Enroll devices with Wear OS

We need to know if its possible to enrollment devices like galaxy watch 7 / 6 or any other watch device with Wear OS with zero touch solution,  to use MDM solution like Knox Manage or other.

Tha main questions is zero touch support Wear OS to made enrollment?
